EPL fixtures, results and scores: This Week

All the EPL fixtures, results and scores happening from 15 April 2024 to 23 April 2024.

The Premier League title run in took a massive twist this past weekend with both Liverpool then Arsenal loosing at home to give Man City a 2 point lead at the top with 6 games left to go.

The week ahead sees the second legs of European quarter-finals, FA Cup semi-finals and a handful of Premier League matches.

Midweek European fixtures - Wednesday & Thursday:
This week all 3 Premier League title contenders are in European action again:
Arsenal away at Bayern Munich (2-2 aggregate score)
Man City at home to Real Madrid (3-3 aggregate score)
Liverpool away to Atalanta with a 3-0 aggregate score to overturn.

Aston Villa take a 2-1 aggregate lead to Lille in their Europa Conference league quarter final while West Ham have a 2-0 deficit to turn around against newly crowned Bundesliga champions Leverkusen.

FA Cup Semi-finals - Saturday & Sunday:
On Saturday evening Man City take on Chelsea in the first FA Cup semi-final followed by Coventry vs Man Utd on Sunday. Underdogs Coventry will be hoping for another Premier League scalp having knocked out Wolves in the last round. For Chelsea & Man Utd it's their only chance of a trophy this season.

Weekend Premier League fixtures:
With Man City in FA Cup action all eyes will be on how Arsenal & Liverpool react to last weekends losses with Arsenal meeting Wolves away and Liverpool away at Fulham. Neither team can afford to drop points in the title race now with so few games left in the EPL season.

In the Premier League relegation battle there are some big games this weekend, while it looks bleak for Sheffield Utd & Burnley the 3rd relegation place is is still hotly contested between Everton, Nottingham Forest & Luton:
Everton vs Nottingham Forest: a win for either team would see team push clear of the relegation zone.
Luton vs Brentford: A win for Luton could see them leap frog above either Everton or Notts Forest.
Sheffield Utd vs Burnley: Sheffield Utds chances of survive already look slim but a win for Burnley would improve their chances.
